Digital BW, The Print

I would love to buy some (and another CFS) but I can't
get MIS to answer emails (three tries with a simple
question).  

Have they completely abandoned customer service???

I to have e-mailed them with a simple question/request(about 4-5 
weeks ago)and still no answer! Maybe they don't understand that some 
of us can't make long distance calls from our place of work during 
our business day, hence the use of e-mail!
