MIS inks and systems to save on ink costs

have been using MIS eboni black in clayton jones workflow and pleased with my results so far. when reordering more eboni can I also order the other inks to replace the epson inks when I print color? and. . .. is there a way I can use inks other than the cartidges provided i.e can I refill them or use some other system to avoid the high costs?
