Yes, I am using Nikon Scan 4.01 with my 4000ED and my G4 powerbook running
10.3.2. It works fine, and it tells me I can use Digital Ice 4 Advanced. I haven't tried
the new Digital Ice yet, so I don' t know how it compares to the former Digital Ice 3.
There may be some other enhancements I haven't tried or located yet. Since I do all
my editing in Photoshop, I have never explored Nikon's editing features.
I might be imagining this, but the new release seems more stable and reliable than
the old--I wish I could explain why I have that perception, it could be wrong.
I am glad I upgraded--even though I wish I had the newer models to make use of the
new features.
