I am curious if anyone here with a HP 7960/7760/7660 printer has tried any of the Ilford Galerie Classic papers yet. I understand it is supposed to be an encapsulating paper like the HP papers. Has anyone had any luck with it? Rad

They do tend to be a touch warm from memory (I have none at present, gave them all away) I sent a sample some time ago to Clayton Jones. I suggest you email him for an independent assessment. I have also had a nice result from Kodak Ultima (not the latest version). That paper remained neutral and I prefered it to HPs paper. Of course the whole point is to get long life prints using HP dye based inks so the right choice of paper is critical. Perhaps the new version of Ultima may be viable. I would like to know if any forum member has thoughts on this or is it best just to stick with the HP paper/ink combination.
