Digital BW, The Print

I am using a Epson 1200 for black and white printing using MIS 
product and am experiencing clog from h___!!  I have tried 
everything...many cleaning cycles, cleaning fluid and syringe 
pressure on print head, and finally tissue under the nozzle 
itself...still clogged.  Can anyone recoomend a repair facility in 
the Los Angeles and or San Fernando Valley area of California.  I 
know it will cost me but i am sure it is cheaper then a new printer.
