OSX Version of IJC/OPM?

OSX Version of IJC/OPM?

2004-04-04 by Doug Nielsen

I've lost track of whats happening with IJC/OPM.

Carl Schofield indicated he was using an OSX version. I presume that is a Beta version.

Do we know yet when an OSX version will be available to us mere mortals?

Doug,

it's simple: you buy the OS 9 version and get the OS X beta at no charge. You have to
request it by writing to software@...

Though officially a beta, there are no bugs that get in the way of making profiles
and printing. If there are still some glitches left they are largely cosmetic or a matter
of user convenience. I hope that as more people begin to use it
there is a better chance to improve it further or fix things based on their feedback.
It has been tested with Panther, though I personally have only used in with Jaguar -
with no problems at all. I say, there is no reason to wait for the "official" release
version.

I wrote a message some time back with a brief review of new features:

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
