Hi, I have found that Consumers Reports is great for mainline consumer goods, but not so good for specialized ones. I doubt that they are aware of MIS; such a small company with a limited clientele. Also, I want to note that the MIS Epson replacement ink made in China ($5.00 a cartridge) seems to be just as good as the Epson original. I'm printing color with the 1280 and the Chinese ink when I am not necessarily looking for archival results and it looks great (add a couple points of contrast and saturation in the print driver) and doesn't clog at all. I haven't noticed any early fade either. As for Viagra and the others of it's ilk - its the 6 hour erections, with the necessary visit to a physician and what I imagine the treatment might be that worrys me! Roger Smith E.
