  Only if you have an OEM version of Elements that came bundled with
  hardware. You can't buy Elements for $99 and then upgrade it for $299.

Yes you can.  I upgraded from an academic version 6 to CS non-
academic.

I'm Susan. Sorry for all the confusion last night.  Charlie is a wonderful
person who has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the printing
