Can someone please describe what exactly is meant by this term and what it looks like.

I don't have a precise definition, but to me it means completely black 
shadows without visible detail.

Steve, when you should have shadow detail in a print
that becomes solid with no detail, it is blocked.  
Maybe you can see it on your monitor or an original,
but the print loses the detail.  

You should work on levels and density curves to open up
the shadow areas, and minimize the blocked image areas. 

You may also want to check into making sure your printer
is linearized, but that's a more complex subject regarding
color management.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
