Quadtone RIP/Win2K procedure

2004-08-14 by njfranknj

I guess I just don't get it. I put a shortcut to Print-2200.bat on my
desktop, when I click on it, it opens to a text script of commands
(seems OK so far); then I drag the 21step.tif file anywhere over the
open script window, drop it and hit a key - nothing happens; no other
window, it just goes away.

So, is that script file all I ever see? Does the script send the file
directly to the printer with no intermediate preview screens or
anything? Does the printer have to be on? What step(s) am I missing?
Where are all the controls?

Frank

You should drop the file name on a shortcut to the batch file. Don't open
the file first. You can also try my front end to QTR
