Digital BW, The Print

I have a 2200 that is about a year and a half old.

I am using MIS UT2 carts.

The ink light came on for my yellow position ink cart and I knew that 
it needed replacing so I pressed the ink button, popped the old cart 
out and replaced it with a new one. However, the yellow ink light 
stayed on even though this was a new cart.

Thinking I must have a bad cart or a bad chip, I put another cart in. 
The light is still on. I tried cleaning the contacts on the cart chip 
and the print head but nothing works. I even tried an Epson OEM cart 
that still had some ink in it. No dice.

Now I am dead in the water.

Any ideas?
