I'm thinking of the same place as last time... but it depends on numbers as
if we have a lot of people respond I'll try and find a place that we can get
a dedicated room for free or something. I'm thinking of making it earlier
afternoon (1pm???) to allow for the meet to go on for a couple of hours
before people need to think about making their ways home.

These are areas of flexibility as far as I am concerned!

Sounds good. I'll bring my prints in a box, so you'll have something to
carry them home in. I'm printing 10" sq on A3 - is that OK?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
