Digital BW, The Print

Here is a reason why it matters.

I received a file from a client for a B&W print (done on a 3000, MIS/FS 
inks, R9 driver)
it had a 4 pixel black pin line around it, and was at 300 DPI, as most 
people will set up a file.

When printed, the pin line printed on only three sides.
I interpolated it both up to 360 and down to 240 and the pin lines 
printed perfectly at both sizes.
