Nikon 400 scanner

Has anyone had experience with the Nikon Supercool Scan 4000 ED? I have access to one to scan all my old B&W negs and wondering if someone has advice for how to use this scanner for optimum digital B&W prints. I'm printing on a C86 with MIS EZ inks. I'm a Mac guy. Thanks! Cheers, George Le Masurier
