Paper Curls

All of my Ilford Smooth Pearl paper have a slight curve to them, running long-wise. The printer is unable to grab the sheets when printing. Any suggestions as to how to get them flat again and to prevent the curving in the future? Thanks. Terry http://www.tlphoto.net
