Digital BW, The Print

It is said for Schwab's curves using UT-7 :

a.. Make all adjustments to your file in grayscale. 
a.. Convert to RGB file. 
a.. Apply adjustment curve and print with the following settings:. 

OK, then
  a.. Smooth Fine Art Paper Setting  
Where ? In the driver ? If it is in the driver, what setting sould we type in PS ? Same as source ? In PS ? If it is in PS, do we set again SFA in the driver ?
With the Eps4000 , SFA in the driver is impossible using paper tray and I never managed hand feeding, never, no matter how many time I tried different possibilities. Eps4000 driver is a pain really !
