Muddy Epson Canvas

Muddy Epson Canvas

2005-01-17 by photo_sol

Does anyone have a good profile for tweeking B & W on Epson Canvas -
can't seem to get rid of the magenta, and it also seems too muddy.

I am printing w/Epson 4000, using the Watercolor ICC profile.

This sounds like the same problems trying to get good b&w on any media with the Epson drivers. You'll be very lucky if you get it. A RIP or dedicated b&w inkset is probably the only solution.

I used watercolor radiant white as Epson recommends and the results are great (using an
RGB file and all inks of course)
