UT-FS is good. (I missed the part of your original post that indicated you
liked the FS tone.) Of course, the new UT inks are glossy compatible and
more lightfast than the old FS inks.

For the black you'd want Eboni for matte. For glossy just cut out the Eboni
and see if the UT-FS-C generates a black enough dmax. If not, you'll have
to switch in Photo K.

Just for glossy prints you might be able to get away with just the FS-C.
