Quick question concerning the abbreviations used in QuadTone for
the "curves" listed in the dialogue box. For example "UCpk-
EPremSemiGloss-cool" and "UCmk***" ... UC is I assume Ultra-Chrome
Ink but what about the "pk" and "mk"?

pk = photo black mk = matte black (the Epson black inks)

Concerning Metermerism, I decided after some investment of time
trying to print Black & White prints on my Epson 2200 that were free
from metermerism, that I was not going to risk clogging my printer
head nozzles with a non-Epson ink. The answer seems to be a RIP and
the first one I have tried, QuadTone has produced very nice
prints...free of metermerism. My thanks to the guys that developed
this software. Any suggestions or tips from more experienced users
concerning it's use would be appreciated. Thanks, Sm
