curves for epson 1200 printer

hi 

i have the 6 tone quadtone set

 earlier i had no problems with brightness and the old workflow from
the mis site worked great ,after i bought new ink with the ( i think
double density black ) my workflow wont work anymore ,coz all prints
are now too much black .Now i search new workflows ,or better new
curves for my  epson 1200 printer ,and the epson archival matte or
maybe the ilford matte paper

i am really sorry for my english ,but i searched for hours now the
internet and i am to tired for more 

i hope somebody can help me

I'm not sure there is much support for the 1200 any more.  My old MIS VM
curves may work OK with the MIS UT inkset, but I no longer support the
platform.

ok thank you for help

i didnt expect much support for my "old " system
but maybe some others may have the same system 
or is there a good readme somebody can reccomend for creating a own
curve ? 
my english is not that good 
so i am always happy for "descriptions for dummies "  

or is there maybe a other forum i can ask ? 
the mis forum is still dead

hi fred
i use an old 1200 with UT inks. i drive it with QTR,
but early on i used Paul's old VM curves and they
worked pretty good, it might be worth a try.

please helpme  whats QTR and VM 
damn i never read more about this hole stuff in the past
i always was happy how it worked and never looked around for something new
now i got a bad payback    eh ? 
i dont even know if my problem really comes from what i think
i only got the information from a friend that mis only delivers the
double density black and from there i think it causes my "too much
black " pics

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
