How many times can these carts be refilled ?

How is the black cart chip programmed ? 

The paper selection in the Epson driver depends upon the which black 
cart is used, photo or matte. Because of this I have my 2100 
installed twice, one for photo black and the other for matte black. 
Easy fill carts could be filled with anything, so if a printer needed 
to be installed, what paper selection would be available. I take it 
that each easy fill cart is chipped for a particular position.

Please disregard the question about how these carts are chipped. Just 
checked the MIS site, and you can choose either photo black or matte 
black carts. Sorry, dumb question.

However would still like to know how many times these carts can be 
refilled.
