Quadtone RIP

2005-02-07 by rsinger555

I've just started using the Quadtone RIP and am having problems
dragging and dropping an image into the Quadtone RIP window; when I
drag an open print the window minimizes immediately. I'm also
wondering if there's an easier way to work with the window as opposed
to keeping it minimized in the lower right side task bar (it doesn't
remain there when I close Photoshop).
Thanks very much.

I assume you are using Windows version? You can change the minimize behavior
through the options menu. However, QTRgui should not minimize when you drag
a image to it. What version are you running?

What do you mean by "dragging an open print?"

I am using Windows XP Pro. The only option in that menu is "minimize
to System Tray".....I've been working on an image and would like to
print that open version.(that's what I mean by "dragging an open
print". Can't seem to find the right way to do it....I am using
version 2.1.13--- Thanks very much, sincerely.

You have to drag the file from explorer to the Window. For that, you have to
have saved the file.
