Forwarding my PrintExchange (the November version)
2001-11-18 by Mark Tucker
Jeff Magidson wrote to me and took me up on my offer to turn the November version of the PrintExchange (Shaun's version) into a bit of a Traveling Show. Several people have written to me offlist and asked to see them. So I guess there is interest. Jeff's email is jeffm@...; send him a note with your FULL mailing address AND phone number, if you're interested in being a part of this. (Put "TravelingShow" in the SubjectLine of the email to make it easier for him to track). I would also suggest using ONLY FedEx to do this (maybe two-day or three-day to save money), but I'm going to shut down my controlling personality on this one; it's Jeff's call. I'm sure there's some simple way to get each person to simply pay for the shipping to the next person; hopefully this won't be a big deal. I will say, as a suggestion, that after viewing all these prints, out of the plastic of course, that the Info Sheets that aren't attached to the prints easily become separated. Right now, they're in a giant pile in my front room. I'd suggest somehow gently attaching the InfoSheet to the Print; it makes it MUCH better when there are thirty or so prints in the exchange. It's also better when the plastic sleeve is a bit larger than the print; just so it doesn't take ten minutes to force the print into the sleeve. Enjoy the show. -Mark Tucker, http://marktucker.com .
