Digital BW, The Print

I just bought a epson 1280 and the mis inks for bw printing. While i 
haven't printed yet i'm very excited to start after all the info 
i've seen on this setup. My question is, what is the thickest paper 
i can use on the epson 1280? I've bought han 308 photorag, but have 
not opened it yet. Is it too thick to use on the 1280?

also, can some one walk me through the steps to printing with these 
inks and the 1280. taken from the point that all editing in ps CS 
are already done (ie channell mixer, curves adjustment, etc) once 
the image looks good to me on screen, how do i proceed to print it 
in bw on the 1280?
