This error message appears on Print command in QTRIP (2200 WinXP). The QTRLog states: ".\bin\ImageToRaster.exe" gui 001 "PPD=Quad2200.ppd PRINTER=Quad2200 MediaType=Matte ripFeed=Sheet Page size=Letter position=center scale-percent=100 portrait=yes Resolution=1440Super ColorMode=QTRIP (The file name and error msg.) Help appreciated. Donald

This generally is caused by a faulty installation. Download the QTRCleanOut program from http://www.sbillard.org/Shareware/QTRgui.htm and the version 2.2a of QTR from the download link on the same page. Run the cleanout program and re-install QTR version 2.2a. -Stephen www.sbillard.org/Stephen

Thanks Stephen, I've downloaded the 2.2 version and the Cleanout software. will work on this later as I have not been ablet o ge th older version of QTR and the GUi to work together. Hopefully the new 2.2 will do the trick. David
