QTR breakdown with espon 2100

after installation of QTR i got very fine results for the first days, but now QTR does not print on my epson 2100 - or if at all, i get strangely distorted strongly enlarged grey parts of the original picture. should i deinstall QTR and start again? aa ever - any help appreciated tahnk you andreas
