not printing right

I'm using a c86 and the MIS EZN inks. My color prints are prefect, but with the MIS inks I'm barely getting any ink on the paper. I've tested the the inks and there working great, I've also followed Roark's profiles, but I'm not sure if my color mangement is correct printing from photoshop 3.0. I've expreimented with so many settings that I'm not sure where to begin, can anyone help?
