Well I tried the Epson Black cartridge and it works!

So I'll give MIS a call and ask for another cartridge.

  Yes it is possible you have a bad chip on that cart. You should 
  contact MIS. If you have a "regular" cart to put in that spot, you 
  should try it and make sure it isn't your printer.

The C 66 and the C 86 use the same cartridges.

That's why the other three cartridges work!

  I don't see where MIS sells EZ carts for the C66.

  I was wondering if you're trying to use a C86 cart in a C66 printer,

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
