Canon Canoscan 9950F scanner

I've read some reviews commenting on very good medium format capability for this scanner and so-so performance for 35mm (guess that's to be expected from a flatbed even with the new supertoric lens). Anybody using this scanner who would like to throw in their twopence worth of experience with it ? Regards Andrei
