Digital BW, The Print

I searched the archives and links, but found nothing, so forgive me if
this is rehashing old info.

I've got a couple photographs I'd like to print at 16x20, and
obviously my C86 falls short.  Until I can afford a 4000, I need to go
with an outside print house.

Does anyone have any recommendations?  I've looked at West Coast
Imaging, and like their stuff.  I was hoping to get a few different
choices so I could compare.
