Re: [Digital BW] Photo Rag 308 & Paper feed - 2100

Richard, can't remember if you are using QTR or not. I found that sometimes I can't print even EEM with QTR--and have to resort to the manual feed (2200 here). I just don't even bother with QTR and HPR and regular feed. Its just easier to get on with it and use the manual feed. I'm not sure what the issues are with QTR--but sometimes my paper just rolls right through and I can resolve it by putting it in again and then hitting the paper feed button. Othertimes nothing resolves it and I have to cancel print jobs and just manually feed it. Diane

Subject: [Digital BW] Photo Rag 308 & Paper feed - 2100
Hi,
I'm finding that I have to push A5 sheets of RhotoRag down manually in conjunction with pushing the paper feed button when printing as the paper does not get fed into the printer otherwise.
I don't recall this happening before and it's a while since I printed A3 or A4 - is this normal?
thanks,
Richard
