Digital BW, The Print

Does Photoshop Elements 3 support the use of layer sets?  

 

My copy of Elements 2 shows them on the palette, but they don't work.

 

This relates to my putting an adjustment curve in a set with the usual
printing curve used when printing B&W inksets through the Epson driver.
Even though Elements doesn't support curves, I've found when the curves are
put on layers in full PS, the curves layers (singe layers) work fine in
Elements.
