Problem with Paper Hahnemuhle PhotoRag

Hi, I use the paper PhotoRag 308g on my Epson 890 with MIS Inks UT2 and QTR. I have this problem: at the end of print, the printer don't drag well the paper and it scratch the photo, why? Have you any solutions? In QTR I select the type of media as 'Matte Paper', is it correct? Thank you. Namastè Stefano
