MIS ink carts for the C86

MIS ink carts for the C86

2005-04-20 by scbaumann

All,

I'm really thinking about purchasing a C86 for B&W printing only. I
have read some good things, but not many negative.

I read a post from last month that talked about the MIS spongeless
carts for this printer. Is there a disadvantage to the carts that are
already available? Does anybody know when these will be available?
Is it worth the wait?

Thanks,
Sean

As far as I know the current C86 easy-refill carts are as good as it's going
to get. They are spongeless in the reservoir, but have a sponge over the
outlet. See http://www.inksupply.com/c84refill.cfm. At the bottom of my
readme file on the C86 I also have a list of what I use to fill the carts,
etc. See http://home1.gte.net/res09aij/C86-EZ-UT-Readme.htm.

I read this posting upon searching for some C84/MIS info. Tried to
go to both of these links but to no avail. Paul do you have a more
up to date link for this. I have a C84, brand new, that I want to
install the EZ Neutral inks into. I have the inks and would like to
do this ASAP. Would like to know if either of these links provide
this info. Thanks, Mike

The pages are there and working. Could you be clicking on them, and your
software is including the period at the end as part of the url? Try this
instead:
