Digital BW, The Print

Has anyone heard anything about this printer which already exceeds the new 9800?  
expected early next year?

Is this a real rumor, or are you just "pulling our legs"? It would be 
very odd for Epson to do this with such an expensive printer. They 
would be killing all sales of the 9800, unless they also announce 
that they can upgrade the 9800 to the 9900.
