Digital BW, The Print

Hi, do any of you mac users who are using system X.1 know how to get a
manual for this system?

It wasn't included on the disks, it doesn't seem to be available on the
apple website for download, and there is no way in hell you can actually
contact Apple and receive any reply. No e mail, nothing. Should you be
brave and actually call them, you can count on over an hour on hold. I
gave up. I spent over 2 hours on their site looking for info on X.1
(which is Completely different from system X.0) and could find nothing
on the New update for downloading. They make great computers, but I've
never seen such incompetent tech support in my life. The pages just go
into a loupe and you get the same set of "help" HA! pages over and over
again. This program NEEDS a manual!!!! There is a Help menu, but I don't
want to read all this on a screen, and besides, it doesn't have the
answers to the questions I need answered.
