Bernhard, You wrote: >... will it be possible to switch from VM to Sepia with only >changing one bottle? I would not do this. It's true that one can use the existing MIS VM gray inks and the sepia toner. However, this will not get you to a neutral tone. The most neutral tone would be the standard MIS quad native warm tone. Also, getting the old ink out of the sponge is chancy. Some do it with success, but I'd replace the cartridge part of the CFS. > I don't like the warm tone of the VM too much, I mostly print in >neutral cool. You might want to just stay with the MIS VM. Another option would be the neutral FS (which I'll soon finalize) and a Piezo driver. My plan is that when there is a neutral-cool FS (FS-N?), those who really don't need the variability and like the Piezo driver will have some options. Not only could they print neutral-cool (depending on paper), but they can mix the FS-N with FS to fine-tune their tone anywhere between the FS medium-warm and the FS-N neutral-cool. I think it will open up the Piezo driver to a lot more options and flexibility. Paul http://www.PaulRoark.com
