Digital BW, The Print

My old MIS spongeless cart would empty from time-to-time. I called MIS
and they sent me new carts. The last time both my color and black
carts drained.

Last week I filled the new carts. I finally got around to checking
them again. The B&W was still at the level when I last used the
printer. All the color chambers were empty except the left cell, which
seemed to have the same amount when I checked the cart before shutting
down the printer last session.

I'm pretty much at the end of my rope with this 1280 and MIS. Any
thoughts?
