Royal Brites matte paper & C86 EZ inks

Hi. Does anyone have an opinion on the Royal Brites matte photo paper being sold at Sam's Club? Are they suitable for use with the C86 EZ inks from MIS? http://www.theroyalstore.com/index.php?cat=41&p=245&ccat=6 The main attraction (obviously?) is price. At Sam's, you get 200 sheets for about $20. Has anyone tried this paper? All the Best, - mike
