Epson's recommendations for selecting "Thick Paper" from the print
Maintenance Menu of the R2400

Epson would recommend selecting the thick media setting when printing
on any of the following supported media types:

Epson Photo Quality Self Adhesive Sheets
Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper
Epson Premium Semigloss Photo Paper
Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper
Epson UltraSmooth Fine Art Paper
Epson Enhanced Matte Paper
Epson Proofing Paper Semimatte
Epson Matte Paper Heavyweight
Epson Double-Sided Matte Paper
PremierArt Matte Scrapbook Photo Paper for Epson

I am not getting roller marks yet...I had roller marks real bad on my 
1280, evenj after removing the pizza wheels...DM

Do you actually have a R2400, because I do and the maintenance menu contains 
the following headings:
-Status monitor
-Auto Nozzle Check and Cleaning
-Nozzle Check
-Head Cleaning
-Print Head Alignment
-Printer & Option Information

There is no setting for "Thick paper" As far as I know, once you select the 
type of paper the printer automatically adjusts itself. There different 
paper paths depending on the type of paper used.

The "Thick Paper" check box is in the Extensions Settings in the  
printer driver (Mac OS X).
