Digital BW, The Print

Has anyone noticed the new little HP 8250 printer?

It has stationary ink carts and uses tubes to feed the printhead.

Could MIS inks possibly be used in these printers?????

If this printer can reliably pump MIS pigments folks will be leaving
Epson in droves. Head cleaning without ink waste ... depending on
volume of use one can recoup the cost of the printer purchase within
weeks. Then hopefully Gimp print drivers will be available for such
printers and monochrome RIP solutions become available ... I'll be
watching ...
