Mike, They don't mention rag, but isn't alpha cellulose 100 percent rag?
Their website is http://www.legionpaper.com  They don't give prices on their
site.

This is from their site: I myself have never had any problems with Epson
Archival.  Just got a legion paper sampler, and evidently there are 4
different Somerset Velvet Enhanced papers. None have a deep black. Also
printed my sample print on Concorde Rag, and the Black wasn't as good as
Photo Matte OR epson archival matte.
Its about the same as museo.

For Great blacks on a matte paper, Royal Riviera (Torchon) is first, then
Legion Photo Matte, Then Epson Archival, then Epson Watercolor, then Museo
and Somerset and Concorde Rag.
