Digital BW, The Print

I just received the rather uninformative message from Epson Printer Utility re my 2100:  
"Parts inside your printer are near the end of their service life.  Contact your dealer for 
replacement."  Any ideas as to what I might be in for?  Anyone in London know of a good 
service centre?
