Words of advice upon using Epson 2200 w/ Canvas

I just purchased a roll of canvas for my 2200 and plan to start using it tonight. I have downloaded the Epson Profile, is there anything else I need to do before printing? Also, how do you set preferences to achieve full bleed? Thanks, Rick
