Digital BW, The Print

Hi,

I checked out Epson's information sheet on ink and paper
compatibility. I don't fully understand what it is saying. 

The UltraChrome ink sets woyld appear to be incompatible with several
papers, including All-Purpose Glossy Paper, ColorLife Photo
Paper,Glossy photo paper and several specialty papers. 

Is this true? 
Does it mean I should be changing inks every time I want to use my
printer to make a report on some incompatible paper? 
Is it even possible to change the type of inks to get compatibility?

Any pointers to exactly what this sheet is trying to say?
