Blotchy dark areas

Blotchy dark areas

2005-09-29 by Richard Smallfield

Hi,
I did a print yesterday and from straight on it looked perfect, but on an angle the light caught a sort of blotchy appearance, esp in the dark areas of the print.

It was on a 2100 with Ultra Chromes on Epson Archival Matte.

thanks,
Richard

I always get this with the EEM (new name for the Arhival Matte) on a
2400. I use the paper only for proofs. The VFA and HPR are
completely free of this problem.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
