An Epson 1270 duotone workflow

After reading the discussions awhile ago about using the purple/black duotone for simulating selenium toned B&W silver prints (see: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint/me ssage/2556) I gave it a try with my Epson 1270 and OEM inks. I modified Jerry's suggested settings for the MIS archival color inks to use with my setup and it seems to work fine. I don't have any great expectations for print longevity, but until I get another printer to devote to archival hextones I'll contuinue to use this procedure.
