I publish the percentages I use in my early experiments with new inkset
mixes. However, the ink sellers consider their mixes to be proprietary and
confidential. So, once MIS says they are interested in one of my mixes and
provides materials for finalizing it, I do not publish the final mixes.

I was not involved in the final FS mix. But I can say that the VM, FS and
Piezo cyan densities are about the same. (Essentially interchangeable, with
much more variability showing up in my tests of various Piezo cyan samples.)
I am now looking at the FS densities with the goal of getting them to where
they need to be in order to work best with the Piezo software. (I think MIS
missed the mark slightly with respect to the light midtones.)

The original MIS %'s are not all that helpful. They do not reflect either
mixing or relative density numbers. They are simply labels that indicate
the order of density. The "25" is very light, and the others are darker
than indicated.

Just bought the FS because of my green cast with the Piezo. I haven't
installed it yet. Should I wait until you have a perfect match, or is there
something I can do to bring the FS into line?
Thanks much,

Many are getting quite good results now. So I would not hold off. I think
the two lightest midtones are a bit too light. I think some of the users
have an adjustment they use to bring it into line.

Paul,
Thanks for the reply. If anyone would like to post their adjustments or
workflow with FS ink and the Piezo driver it would be greatly appreciated.
