Epson paper equivalent for Ilford Smooth Pearl?

Epson paper equivalent for Ilford Smooth Pearl?

2005-11-03 by hill14701

I've recently upgraded to an R2400. I could rant and rave for a while about it, but most of
you know the benefits of this machine.

I have an older box of Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl Paper (red box) that is the instant dry
swellable paper. With the profile supplied by Ilford, the output is just stunning on this paper
- color or black and white.

The surface and reflectivity of the paper is perfect for my work, and as I do not have local
suppliers of paper would like to know if there is an Epson equivalent for smooth pearl
(surface wise). As the longevity of Smooth Pearl is suspect, I would like to use an Epson
product and price isn't an issue. Any suggestions and subjective comparisons between the
two would be very helpful.

Thanks all,
Don

Take a look at Epson Premium Luster.
