MIS CFS install Q

MIS CFS install Q

2001-12-28 by markhahn2000

I am trying to install a MIS CFS on my 1160 and have used the CFS
Vacuum Pump to prime my carts. Even after letting the carts sit for
4 hours the sponges in the front of most of the color cart are not
filled with ink, is this ok? Above the inkjet port there seems to be
plenty of ink.

thanks,

mark

Prop the carts over a pencil & let them sit overnight - the ink should work
its way down to the ports. Your patience will pay off. -BK
